Sam Brown London was formed by Anthony Todd who set out to create beautiful traditionally hand made leather goods, belts and bags with a modern twist using nothing but the finest British sourced materials.
The range is under constant development and consists of bags for men and women together with belts and small leather accessories. Our bags are hand cut and sewn from card templates and fully lined with Harris Tweed® which is hand woven by crofters in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland and all sewn together with Londonderry Irish Linen thread. The hardware such as the buckles are sand cast in Copper, Brass and Nickel as well as Fine English Sterling Silver and all to their own specification.

If you start with the best raw materials, you're on your way to creating a great product. The most traditionally English of all leathers, bridle hide is pit-tanned using oak bark and various other natural ingredients for many months before it is dried and then colour-finished by hand.
Take a moment to watch how our vegetable drum dyed leather is made at one of the oldest tanneries in the UK.
